The hottest month is in May where the average temperature is 27 degrees, which is a lovely time to plan your nuptials. The coolest month is January, which still enjoys a warm average of 25 degrees, while November is the island’s wettest month. The best time to swim in the ocean is in September, which has an average sea temperature of 29 degrees.

  • Minimum age to marry: 21
  • Minimum no. of days in resort prior to wedding: 5 days
  • Minimum overall stay required: 10 days
  • of witnesses required: 2 – must be over the age of 18 (we can arrange witnesses if only bride & groom travelling)
  • Couples need to take all original documentation with them to resort
  • Copies of all documents must be received by Beach Weddings 6 weeks prior to departure.

Climate

Grenada is a tropical island, which has warm temperatures year round, making this ideal for your beach wedding abroad in the Caribbean. The island’s dry season is between January and May, whilst the wet season is between June and December. The yearly average temperature is 28 degrees, you can expect weather that is very humid at times, but sea breezes can reduce the feeling of humidity.
